Chinese cuisine cooking equipment from E&F Woks has been specifically designed for maximum efficiency of operation and ease of cleaning.
All equipment is made to the very highest standards from the best quality stainless steel, with tubular stainless steel framework and designed to assist in maintaining very high standards of hygiene for the operator.
As with all of the range of Chinese cuisine gas cookers, these are manufactured as two, three, four and five ring units and can be made to specific sizes to order to suit your needs.
A constant flow of cold water across the cooker top keeps the surface cool and clean by carrying away food splashes and deposits and burn marks on the cooker and also helps to maintain a comfortable working environment for the staff to work.
All our Chinese cookers have the current œ gas approval certification and are designed to the highest standard for hygiene and safety.

Each front burner is rated 78,000btu/h and each back burner is rated at 28,000btu/h.

Dim Sum Steamers
E&F Woks are leading the way in technology with the new dim sum steamers with huge gas savings because of the way it has been designed to use the heat that is being lost up the chimney. The new dim sum steamer is also the only steamer where you can get into the tank by just lifting the lid off and being able to clean inside to remove the limescale left by the water which on other steamers causes blockages. All the steamers are made from the best quality stainless steel and stainless tubing with removable legs for easy access.
